Webhooks

Signed HTTPS POSTs to your server for every call and text.

Create an endpoint

In TheCarGo, open Integrations → Webhooks and add:

Field	Value
URL	An `https://` URL that accepts `POST`
Events	`call.`, `message.`, or single events
Secret	Generated, or your own (24–128 characters). Shown once.

Send test delivers a webhook.ping event. Up to 10 endpoints per organization.

Headers: webhook-id, webhook-timestamp, webhook-signature (verify).

Delivery

Rule	Detail
Response	Any `2xx` within 8 seconds
Retries	30s, 2m, 5m, 10m, then every 15m; 11 attempts. `4xx` other than `408`, `425`, `429` is not retried.
Duplicates	Retries and replays keep the same `id`. Deduplicate on it.
Order	Not guaranteed. Use `occurred_at`.
Auto-disable	After 50 failures in a row and 24 hours without a success
